At Aura Pet Elite, we strive to deliver your pet’s essentials as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (depending on your location).
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on USA orders 3-7 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Aura Pet Elite is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at support@aurapetelite.com immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can resolve the issue.
